He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Holds an MBA EcoleNationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris and the University of Bristol. His career in banking began in 1996 in the First Polish-American Bank.
Since 2004 He held the position of Vice President of Fortis Bank, where he was responsible for segments of retail banking and small and medium-sized enterprises. He created and implemented a growth strategy in these areas.
In 2008 As a member of the Board of Bank DnB NORD Poland he was responsible for retail banking by creating it from scratch.
Since 2009 Until 2012 as Chairman of the Board of Bank DnB NORD Poland conducted a comprehensive restructuring of the bank while introducing him to the path of profitable growth.
Between 2009-2011 he served as a member of the Group Management Committee DNB NORD.
Since 2012 he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Getin Holding, sitting simultaneously on the Boards of the Bank and companies Idea: Idea leasing, Idea Expert, MW Trade, Getin International.
